Responsibilities

You will attend all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement meetings, and Retrospectives

You will collaborate with developers, scrum masters, UX/UI specialists, and government stakeholders to enhance and deliver new features to a suite of web applications

Required

Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability

5+ years as a business analyst in an agile software development environment

5+ years writing user stories in Jira or a similar program

5+ years of experience performing functional QA testing in support of user stories

Excellent communications skills and practiced in collaborating with many different stakeholders to reach consensus and deliver value

Experience building out and tracking epics for the delivery of new functionality in a web application

Experience reporting on the progress of development projects to leadership

Collaborated with developers, testers, and UX design specialists to refine requirements and contribute to the creation of system wireframes and requirements documentation

Understand basic elements of web development, including HTML/CSS/JS
