Responsibilities

Review assigned web pages and assets against documented formatting and QA guidelines
Verify URLs, page structure, metadata (for example, time of last update), file types, and content accessibility for scraping readiness
Manually extract and collect content from PDFs, gated reports, and other non-HTML assets as needed
Populate clean, validated results into the internal tracking tool and prepare metadata for downstream loading
Identify, log, and clearly document issues or edge cases in spreadsheets or tracking tools
Cross-reference web data with additional sources or APIs when required to ensure metadata accuracy
Follow guidelines consistently and flag ambiguities or exceptions for review

Required

University degree
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, structured tasks without losing accuracy
Prior experience in at least one of: web content QA, data entry/data QA, or web scraping support/content operations
Comfortable using web browsers and basic developer tools (inspecting links, identifying file types)
Experience working with PDF files and extracting content from non-HTML sources
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking, logging, and QA
Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and apply them consistently across high volumes of content
Reliable, independent worker with clear written communication in English
