Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills to effectively lead and support team members
Proficiency in Team Management and Project Management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently
Expertise in Product Design, facilitating the creation of innovative and high-quality designs
Ability to foster collaboration across teams to align design goals with broader business objectives
Familiarity with design software and tools, and a strong understanding of industry trends
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative Arts, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a leadership role within a design team or creative environment is highly advantageous
