Responsibilities

Translate clinical and operational requirements into Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) configurations
Design, build, test, and implement Cerner solutions including clinical documentation, order sets, and clinical decision support
Collaborate with clinicians, informaticists, analysts, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and system usability
Participate in Agile / SAFe delivery teams, supporting sprint planning, refinement, and execution
Analyze clinical data trends in partnership with data teams to support evidence-based care and process improvement
Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of EHR-related issues
Document functional and technical requirements clearly for downstream technical and data teams
Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, data standards, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Clinical, Health Informatics, IT, or related field)
5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics (less experience may require exception)
Hands-on Oracle Health / Cerner EHR experience (Cerner Millennium required)
Experience participating in Cerner EHR implementations (commercial or government)
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, data standards, and healthcare operations
Working knowledge of SQL and clinical data structures (not a data scientist role)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and clinical stakeholders
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred

Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments preferred
Experience supporting federal or large healthcare organizations is a strong plus
Prior exposure to SAFe Agile teams or scaled enterprise delivery environments preferred
