Responsibilities
You will be guiding the creative process through the design season while working with a team of innovation designers, developers, product managers, to deliver exceptional product for the BRAND. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet cost requirements, deadlines, and compelling product, all while taking your partners though the thinking behind your work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
5+ years of relevant work experience in the apparel sport industry
Demonstrated passion and understanding of trend and visual culture
Knowledge of product creation and graphic application for performance apparel
Expert communication and presentation skills using a variety of formats
Ability to seek out opportunities to elevate apparel though craft and construction
Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces such as CLO and Vizcom
Passion for bridging innovation to a large range of cultural relevant apparel product
A collaborative mindset to work with other designers and teams while having the ability to work efficiently and autonomously when necessary
