Responsibilities
Support SPM's and Project Directors with proposals, new pursuits, and preconstruction coordination
Act as a senior client liaison on complex federal projects
Lead design reviews, kick-off meetings, and maintain overall project schedules
Provide oversight to Project Managers on scheduling, estimating, buyout strategy, and cost controls
Review drawings, specifications, change orders, and manage risk and claims exposure
Guide construction strategy, staffing plans, self-perform decisions, and issue resolution
Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance, insurance, bonding, and SubGuard enrolment
Ensure subcontracts, purchase orders, and contracts align with company policy
Own project financial oversight, including cost reporting, variances, cash flow, and corrective actions
Conduct periodic site reviews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Direct project close-out and warranty response
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
10+ years' experience delivering Federal construction projects, including large-scale, complex programs
Strong working knowledge of NAVFAC, USACE, and/or Coast Guard project delivery
Proven experience overseeing construction operations, project teams, and financial performance
Strong commercial acumen, leadership presence, and client-facing capability
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
