Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support new business and branch profitability
Review customer credit and loan eligibility; process and prepare loan applications
Make responsible loan underwriting decisions aligned with company guidelines
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Prepare daily branch bank deposits and transport funds when required
Assist with account management, recovery efforts, and collection calls using a customer-focused approach
Support branch operations by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork, accountability, and communication
Educate customers on all available products and services, including tax services
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet individual and branch goals
Team-oriented, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable using computer systems and office software
Ability to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
