They are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Business Systems Analyst to support their digital transformation program by leveraging the D365 F&O platform and collaborating with end users to optimize global operations.

Responsibilities

Produce clear, structured documentation including process flows, user scenarios, SOPs, and work instructions

Collaborate with end users to walk through system behaviour, validate workflows, and assist with testing activities

Lead system walkthroughs, feature demonstrations, and overviews for new enhancements, releases, and improvements

Support business process testing and coordinate test preparation and execution

Contribute to functional design, configuration discussions, and solution refinement

Provide Hypercare support following global deployments, including regular sessions for Super Users

Assist in evaluating the impact of upgrades and system changes, communicating outcomes to relevant stakeholders

Support the delivery of global training using a mix of classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats

Create and maintain high-quality training content, job aids, exercises, and reference materials

Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Advanced Warehousing teams to ensure alignment between business process and system capability
