Partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to deliver newness
Ensure alignment with brand objectives while pushing creative boundaries

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field
Mastery of illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory
Proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D capabilities
Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments
