Responsibilities
Lead and manage global security system projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery across multiple locations
Oversee implementation of security solutions including surveillance systems, access control platforms, and alarm systems
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within cost constraints
Ensure all security system installations meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and client specifications
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, or security gaps
Troubleshoot network connectivity, software configuration, and system integration issues related to security technologies
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems at project completion
Support continuous improvement of security project delivery processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on knowledge of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control solutions, and alarm systems
Strong risk management skills with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving technical and operational challenges
High level of organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of network connectivity, system integration, and software configuration troubleshooting
Preferred
Experience working in the security industry or managing security-related projects
Project management certification
Factory or vendor certifications in security technology platforms such as LenelS2, Milestone, or similar systems
