Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in retail
Act as a Solution Architect for Oracle Retail workstream, bridging business needs & technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, integrated, and efficient retail systems aligned with enterprise strategy. Lead a team of functional & technical Oracle Retail Consultants
Preparation and execution of workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions that better fit the overall client requirements, from both technical and functional perspectives
Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications
Validate technical specifications for the components to be developed to fulfill the identified requirements, in alignment with the established architecture
Coordinate, from a technical perspective, the development team responsible to build the specified components
Support the solution Go-live preparation, execution, and stabilization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Retail solutions, with focus in Merchandising modules
Strong understanding of retail processes (merchandising, inventory, pricing, promotions, replenishment)
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, ability to translate between business & technical teams
Understanding in the technologies part of each application technical stack
Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Preferred
Certifications in the tools or technologies
Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
