Coordinate with local company to fill/staff their industrial job openings
Responsible for the customer service process, receiving/processing applications, and assigning qualified employees to positions
Recruiting and processing applications
Schedule interviews and assist applicants with computers
Assist with Training
Conduct Interviews and orientations
Communicate with floor employees
Spend time on production floor to show presence of company for employees
Qualification
Required
Must be able to lift 50# and work on the production floor
Must be able to wear Steel toed boots
Office or clerical experience
Organizational skills
Ability to create as well as understand spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
Reliable while using time management wisely
Effective communication

Must have good verbal and phone communication
