Responsibilities
Provide business consulting to marketing stakeholders, influencing strategic choices through data, storytelling, and business knowledge
Be the voice of the customer, to influence marketing decisions inline with the preferences and trends of the markets and categories we compete in
Deliver insightful and actionable reports and presentations, leveraging an ecosystem of data married with deep brand, marketing and internal market knowledge
Support Business Teams with research-related needs (e.g., segmentation, brand architecture, brand equity) on an ad hoc basis, in line with budget discipline
Qualification
Required
Background in market research, either on client or supplier side
Significant experience with both quant and qual research techniques, including brand health/equity tracking, CX measurements, mROI calculations, in-context immersions
Proven ability to operate independently and develop research screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides; demonstrated ability to analyze quant data and distill findings, insights, and influence action against the results
Deliver consistent, high-quality and actionable reports across research studies and tools
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have experience in lubricants, automotive, or other adjacent space
