Responsibilities
Provide basic day-to-day supervision and oversight of the assigned clinical research operations program staff to ensure implementation of good clinical practices as set forth by Federal regulations
Support the recruiting, training, development, and performance management of staff
Focus on the day-to-day conduct of study activation and quality assurance needs, providing problem solving and troubleshooting expertise
Identify process improvement opportunities, collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions, lead implementation, and track success through defined metrics
Maintain a percent (%) of effort dedicated to Coordinator Study Activation responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, life science or relevant degree
Bachelor's degree with six (6) years of experience in clinical trials (e.g., patient facing coordination, data management, regulatory or other clinical research coordination) inclusive of two (2) years in clinical trial activation
SOCRA, CCRP or equivalent
