Demonstrate keen leadership qualities and take initiative to help guide the team as they make timely high-quality repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service

Work closely with the Service Manager and the entire team to communicate the mechanical/technical aspects of the community and make good decisions

Share your knowledge with the team, while continuing to develop your own future management potential

Take direction from the Community Manager and Service Manager to ensure everyone follows CRC protocol

Help manage the day-to-day maintenance activities for this community

Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance

Oversee the quality of final work product, while performing tasks yourself, i.e. turns and tickets
