Responsibilities

End to End Contract Lifecycle Management
Advanced contract drafting, redlining, execution and administration
Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information
Leverage influential relationships with Medtronic Legal partners ensuring contracts are written in accordance to company standards and processes
Compliance management and reporting, advising management and senior leaders of non-compliance
Ability to influence and make recommendations for cross-portfolio template simplification and unification
Utilization and recommendation for further development of contract performance metrics for decision-making
Support Americas Technology Roadmap initiatives

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience)

Preferred

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience working in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Conga, Icertis, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements
