Budget ownership and spend efficiency

Qualification

Required

Experience in revenue growth and forecasting
Ability to manage traffic to lead to sale systems
Understanding of funnel conversion rates
Experience with offer performance by channel
Ability to analyze why revenue moves up or down
Experience in channel strategy across organic, paid, email, and partnerships
Ability to manage distribution cadence and repurposing systems
Ability to make clear decisions on scaling, supporting, or shutting down initiatives
Experience in budget ownership and spend efficiency
Ability to prioritize tests and scale successful initiatives
Ability to explain performance and next actions clearly
Experience in analyzing offer feedback loops including conversion rates, stall points, objections, and pricing insights
Ability to improve positioning and sales without changing intellectual property
Ability to think in systems rather than campaigns
Ability to rely on data for decision making
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to detach emotionally from ideas
Deep understanding of LTV, CAC, payback period, and margin
Ability to bring structure, clarity, and confidence to growth
Ability to measure success through revenue vs target, leads by channel, conversion rates, and CAC by offer
Ability to analyze monthly LTV and payback trends, channel ROI, funnel leakage, and revenue forecast
Ability to ensure forecasting accuracy
