Responsibilities
Assist in planning editorial calendars and content schedules
Draft, edit, and format written content for blogs, social posts, newsletters, and website pages
Upload and schedule content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media channels
Support content performance tracking — compile basic metrics and weekly reports
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external contributors as needed
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging
Complete administrative tasks supporting the content team
Qualification
Required
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
Preferred
