Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between business and technical teams, providing recommendations and facilitating communication throughout project life cycles
Plan project phases, assess business impacts, and manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality
Draft and maintain project plans, resource strategies, funding estimates, and updated schedules; forecast resource needs and recommend allocations
Monitor project progress, milestones, deadlines, and standards; identify obstacles or risks and recommend corrective actions or contingency plans
Facilitate team processes, including task coordination, inter-team communication, meetings, and training allocation
Prepare regular status reports, deliverables, final reports, and lessons learned; issue final reports and implement lessons learned with appropriate approvals
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and workflow in the project management system of record
Support organizational change management initiatives, including drafting revised processes, roles, and alignment recommendations to advance improvement efforts
Manage risk and issues, maintain logs, and coordinate changes to requirements, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with recordkeeping, document control, and information governance standards, maintaining records for audit and security purposes
Qualification
Required
10 to 14 years' experience required
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred
Experience must include Finance and/or IT project management with end-to-end process execution and strong proficiency in project management tools
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Working knowledge of System Life Cycle (SLC) principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio
