Responsibilities
Design & Strategy: Develop overall telecommunications and Contact Center architecture, blueprints, and future roadmaps for Voice, SMS, Chat, and AI
Requirements Analysis: Translate business objectives and technical needs into actionable designs
Technology Evaluation: Research and select appropriate hardware, software (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS), and cloud services
Implementation Oversight: Guide and supervise the deployment, integration, and testing of new systems and upgrades
Documentation: Maintain detailed network diagrams, operational instructions, and configuration details
Security & Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with management, engineering, and vendors to align solutions with goals
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve complex telecommunications and Contact Center issues, continuously improving efficiency and reliability
Analyzing business needs and existing systems
Creating architecture diagrams and technical specs
Meeting with teams to present solutions
Overseeing implementation & troubleshooting
Researching new technology
Drive detailed and evolutionary designs and architectures of complex solutions involving at least two of the following domains within a solution: Application, Infrastructure, Security, Database or Business Process
Lead the definition and communication of IT architecture and solutions for IT Leaders and development teams
Mindful of the Healthcare Industry and Digital Health trends
Qualification
Required
4+ years related experience including a minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in IT
Expert in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS and application integration technologies
Critical Thinker
Demonstrated problem solving techniques
Experience leading cross functional project teams, workgroups
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A Combination of Education and Work Experience May Be Considered., Bachelor's, Bachelor's - Computer and Information Science
