Responsibilities
Maintain the appearance of buildings, grounds, and community amenities
Respond to resident and team requests promptly and professionally
Maintain proper care and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
Assist with preparing vacant apartments and completing basic maintenance work orders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
At least one month of related experience or training
Must be able to walk the property frequently, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle heavier loads
Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions and around potential hazards
Preferred
Bilingual a plus
