Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and monthly close
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Build and manage budgets, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasts
Develop financial models and scenario planning for growth
Create and manage internal dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
Deliver weekly/monthly reports to leadership
Support data-driven decision-making across the business
Oversee supply chain, logistics, and distributor operations
Manage relationships with distributors and partners
Ensure smooth order flow, inventory tracking, and fulfillment
Oversee compliance
Manage administrative systems and internal processes
Help build scalable internal structures as the company grows
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry
Strong accounting background (hands-on experience required)
Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable with Word and PDFs
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Ability to be in-office in Atlanta 5 days per week
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Preferred
Experience using EDI systems
Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools
Prior experience working with UNFI, KEHE, or GFI
Supply chain or distributor-side experience
