Responsibilities

Lead the design and technical specifications of electrical systems, ensuring quality output

Manage project resources, client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions

Guide graduates and other junior engineers through their professional development

Communicate directly with clients and maintain client relationships

Ensure practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client’s best interests and comply with current legislation and building codes

Required

8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for buildings and infrastructure

Demonstrated experience in a senior role within MEP for an architectural engineering consultancy

Relevant bachelor's or master's degree

Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable

Experience using Revit and computational analysis tools

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions to clients

Preferred

LEED AP accredited preferred
