JHI Digital Imagery Coordinator
WebMD is a leading healthcare information provider, and they are seeking a Digital Imagery Coordinator to maintain and update their image and digital asset library. The role involves resolving image discrepancies, managing imagery contracts, and supporting data analytics efforts.

Responsibilities
Resolve issues in daily reports: Asset Errored Report; Report for images copied to the web servers; and Assets added to Emtermedia
Update VTO and QA missing reports
Reassign images promptly as reported in the weekly Panorama notification
Manage the "Samples to Send" process
Retrieve and process (clone, rename) all StudioBox and custom images as needed (for catalogs, websites, EyeRep, etc.)
Resolve image discrepancies in the database and troubleshoot retrieval/population issues
Prepare image fill-rate reports and act on results
Retrieve and supply images for catalogs and the CPP department when files are needed
Manage the Supplied Images process, including the "No QA" list by manufacturer
Prepare and manage custom imagery contracts; update the job log, CPP runsheet, and Salesforce entries
Create templates and execute contracts via DocuSign
Support data analytics and build Power BI dashboards
Serve as backup for the automated photography setup as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years' related experience
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required; database software, digital asset management systems and/or Photoshop preferred
Strong data/analytics skills, building Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel
Experience using Salesforce for record updates and tracking
Experience creating DocuSign templates and managing/executing contract workflows
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines
Effective multi-tasker who works well with minimal supervision with a proven ability to meet productivity output metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a team player with outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Must be self-directed, comfortable seeking and taking direction, and function effectively as part of a larger, multi-disciplinary team
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an office environment required
