Nonprofit Marketing Manager

Team Builder Recruiting is a company dedicated to growing a Christian media ministry. The Nonprofit Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies and initiatives to expand the organization's impact, oversee operational efficiency, and foster creativity within the team.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Partner with the Executive Director to accomplish organizational vision, goals, and strategy
Provide leadership to staff, fostering creativity, collaboration, and spiritual growth
Oversee cross-departmental activities to ensure operational efficiency and effective resource use
Support financial stewardship through budget input, market analysis, and business-minded decision-making
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to innovative ministry expansions
Develop & implement marketing strategies for media releases, streaming services, and print publications
Create content and copy for promotional advertising campaigns and press releases across email, social media, catalogs, video, and digital platforms
Collaborate with producers, vendors, and creative partners to deliver high-quality content
Monitor market trends and analytics to guide marketing decisions and ensure brand consistency
Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events, traveling 2-3 times per year while working full-time onsite with flexibility between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm

Required

3+ years in leadership, management, or marketing, ideally in nonprofit, media, or related industries
Business acumen in strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis
Excellent communicator who builds strong teams and partnerships while conveying ideas clearly in writing and speech
Passionate and creative, committed to faith-based content and the mission of Vision Video
Adaptive, flexible and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects proactively
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, marketing, or a related field
Strengths in marketing, copywriting, design, or videography
Familiarity with MailChimp or other email marketing platforms
