Responsibilities
Manage the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of IT assets (Laptops, Servers, Mobile Devices, and Cloud instances)
Lead internal audits to ensure 100% compliance with software licensing agreements (SaaS and on-prem)
Maintain the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
Partner with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiate renewals, and track warranty information
Track IT spend, depreciation, and provide cost-saving recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or a similar role
Expert proficiency in ServiceNow (HAM/SAM Pro), Microsoft Intune, or Flexera
ITIL v4 Foundation required
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data normalization
Preferred
CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) or CHAMP preferred
