Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
10 years of progressive experience in HR processes, particularly in Talent Acquisition
Strong understanding of state organization management and culture, including organizational roles vs. user roles
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR leaders, HR business owners, and Workday delivery teams
