Responsibilities
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Practical expertise with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals and devices
Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing including:
Aseptic Processing Experience within Grade A isolators
Automated Visual Inspection Equipment
Experience updating procedures, preventative maintenance task, or other quality reviewed documentation
Experience troubleshooting equipment that is not performing as intended
Practical expertise with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals
Install and qualify/validate manufacturing related equipment and software
Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of operation and providing timely responses and solutions
Function closely with operations personnel to understand their interaction with equipment and resolve issues they face
Participate and/or support process FMEAs to understand process and product risks
Provide technical support to manufacturing activities
Support filling equipment, formulation process, visual inspection equipment, and/or labeling process
Support operations through standard operating procedure revision
Qualification
Required

Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing including:

Bachelor degree in Engineering field or Life Sciences with 3 or more years of relevant experience
High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
Effectively adjusts to changes and deals effectively with uncertainties in the workplace
Preferred
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices c(GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
Related experience may also be considered such as drug substance manufacturing, aseptic filling of food and beverage products, high speed automated packaging experience, experience implementing changes within a manufacturing environment
