Responsibilities
Partner with HR leadership and management to support organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with hospital goals
Deliver and support HR programs across core functions, including operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, leaves, workers’ compensation, training, and employee engagement
Advise leaders and employees on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and Collective Bargaining Agreements; escalate complex matters as appropriate
Identify trends and root causes, recommending and implementing solutions to improve employee relations, performance, and retention
Coach leaders on engagement, performance management, and talent development strategies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and communications
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations
Proven ability to advise and influence leaders on complex employee relations and organizational issues
Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
