They are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to support attorneys and paralegals in their Personal Injury team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals handling personal injury cases

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents

Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings

File and serve legal documents in state and federal courts (electronically and in person as needed)

Communicate with clients, court staff, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with firm procedures

Assist with case intake, discovery preparation, and trial binders when required

Process mail, maintain office supplies, and coordinate with internal departments to support overall operations
