This is an in-person role which will require up to 50% travel nationwide and punctual attendance is required

Required

High School Diploma

At least 1 year of experience

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Demonstrating advanced technical troubleshooting skills

Performing printer toner changes

Teaching end users of all skill levels technology and sharing tech hacks

Enabling end users to have successful meetings by testing technology in advance and assisting when issues arise

Analyzing data to detect patterns in tech support issues

Imaging and deploying PCs and technology peripherals to end users in the office and remotely

Identifying and delivering continuous process improvements for positive end user experience through process simplification, automation and issue elimination

Maintaining technical documentation with accuracy

Displaying interest in innovation and continuous learning

Grasping new technologies and sharing knowledge

Performing research on customer support technology and standard practices using available tools and methodologies
