Responsibilities

Manage the used vehicle department with a focus on gross, turn, inventory health, and operational consistency
Use vAuto daily to price to market, evaluate supply/demand, and maintain inventory competitiveness
Drive inventory control, age strategy, and merchandising discipline
Manage and monitor the reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are frontline-ready quickly and correctly
Partner with service and recon vendors to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce time-to-line
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure department execution aligns with store/group expectations
Work closely with GM and Used Car Director to execute performance strategy and hit monthly goals

Required

5+ years experience as a Used Car Manager (Required)
5+ years experience with vAuto (Required)
3+ years experience with CDK (Required)
3+ years inventory control and recon management experience (Required)

Proven ability to control recon, pricing, and inventory aging
Professional communication and leadership style
