Customer Service Representative
Tarkett is a worldwide leader in innovative flooring and sport surface solutions, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Residential division. This role involves being the initial point of contact for residential customers, processing orders, and liaising with various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for key accounts and internal stakeholders including project management, sales, operations, and logistics
Processes and tracks orders and expedites through production and shipping
Proactively looks for solutions to customer requests
Stays abreast of residential products across all product categories
May participate in regular conference calls with Residential Accounts
Uses keyboarding, data entry skills and computer programs (Excel, CAMS, SAP, AS400, Word, CRM, etc.)
Provides product specifications, installation instructions, and warranty forms when requested
Cross trains in all facets of the department and may serve as backup for others in the department
Answering calls in a high call-volume setting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A history of success in customer service, inside sales or a similar field
High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer facing experience
Experience in CAMS/SAP Require
Intermediate to advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills a must
Preferred
Experience in residential, hard, and soft surfaces a plus
