End-to-end delivery of IT application projects (ERP/SAP, cloud solutions, integrations)
ECommerce and customer portal initiatives (B2B & B2C)
System integrations across Web, CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation platforms
Agile-driven delivery using tools like Jira
Coordination with global stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager
Proven delivery of digital or eCommerce projects
Solid understanding of application integrations and enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Experience working in regulated or global environments (Pharma/Life Sciences is a plus)
