Responsibilities

Process bi‑weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and timely delivery
Manage employee changes, tax updates, direct deposit setups, and pay adjustments
Audit payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy
Resolve payroll discrepancies and assist employees with payroll inquiries
Maintain payroll documentation with confidentiality and regulatory compliance

Required

3+ years of payroll experience
Hands‑on experience with ADP systems (Workforce Now, Smart Compliance, Celergo, or similar)
Strong understanding of multi‑state payroll and compliance
Excellent accuracy, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, UKG, or Workday
