Required
5–10+ years of experience in the financial industry, specifically front-office trading
Extensive hands-on Python development experience
Deep understanding of FIX protocol
Strong domain knowledge of: Stocks & Options, Market Data concepts, FIX connectivity
Subject Matter Expert in building automation frameworks using Pytest
Solid understanding of Linux OS
Proficiency with Git version control
Proven problem-solving track record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Stable work history required – no job hoppers
Preferred
Docker experience
Knowledge of Java and/or Perl
Back-office or clearing systems experience
