Responsibilities
Lead and scale MPX’s software-development teams, ensuring sprint discipline, quality assurance, and predictable releases
Oversee all technology operations, infrastructure, and hosted environments across AWS and on-prem systems
Implement modern Agile and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI)
Establish data strategy, data governance, analytics, and operational metrics tracking
Manage internal IT service delivery and enforce ITIL-based processes
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Operations to align tech delivery with business commitments
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and operations professionals
Own dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting for development and system performance
Qualification
Required
15+ years leading software development and technology operations in SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries
Deep experience with AWS, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
Proven ability to manage security and compliance frameworks
Proven ability with data models, data architecture, and analytics reporting
Adept at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving
A process-minded, collaborative leader who builds scalable systems and teams
