Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products like Moody’s, Risk or similar financial platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance banking product functionalities and improve business processes
Work closely with risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes
Identify data discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues
Identify gaps in existing banking workflows and propose automation or optimization solutions
Document business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities in a clear and structured format
Work with IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Facilitate discussions, conduct workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of system changes
Support risk and compliance teams in regulatory reporting and audits
Ensure banking product configurations align with compliance and risk management guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in banking products such as Risk Management or similar financial systems
Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and formulas
