Responsibilities
Provide business analytics, research, forecasting, and reporting to support strategy, operations, and decision-making
Solve complex and ambiguous process challenges by anticipating risks and developing innovative, scalable solutions
Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive alignment and action
Partner with senior management on strategic planning initiatives and cross-functional process optimization
Lead and manage multiple complex process improvement projects, including process mapping, data collection, root cause analysis, and metrics development
Develop, implement, and track key performance metrics related to operations, productivity, and risk
Identify and drive cost savings and productivity improvements across business functions
Manage or contribute to major cross-functional initiatives with broad organizational impact
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members
Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic and operational decisions
Curiosity-driven analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated process improvement expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate complex issues with diplomacy and tact
Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
