Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product Support Specialist on escalated issues, deciphering bugs, enhancements, and/or training needs
Report and follow up on system bugs, data issues, and process concerns related to Missionary Medical products
Support the product development cycle by gathering requirements and collaborating with both internal and external users to understand business needs
Respond to daily questions about system functionality and help identify gaps in documentation, training, and business processes
Analyze data from various systems to troubleshoot problems and influence process and development decisions
Assist with occasional tasks such as pulling data for committee decisions, writing development stories, providing end-user support, creating documentation and training, and contributing to product/project management
Qualification
Required
Technological proficiency, attention to detail, strong communication and decision-making skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or technology
At least 4 years of experience working in a business environment, preferably technology or healthcare
Familiarity with missionary culture and organizational structures; experience with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' missionary programs
