Responsibilities

5+ years of ITSM (IT Service Management) experience in mid-to-large scale organizations
Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices
Proven experience leading IT Change Management programs
Experience building and maintaining a CMDB (Configuration Management Databases)
Experience managing CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes and approvals - will lead weekly meetings
Experience implementing or migrating to an ITSM platform; some project management required
Experience managing ITSM operations outside of ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Fresh Works, Halo ITSM, Jira/Atlassian, or similar (transitioning from Zendesk to Halo ITSM)
Must have an ITIL v3/v4 Foundation cert
Bachelor’s Degree needed to convert to FTE at our client
Preferred Licenses / Certifications: Adv. ITIL certs such as ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leaders, ITIL Master
Experience in automation and AI-driven IT service enhancements

Required
