Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on organizational design and talent strategy
Drive strategic people initiatives that align with business outcomes
Translate business needs into effective people strategies
Facilitate talent and organizational planning, including future skills mapping
Coach senior leaders on team scaling, performance issues, and change management
Lead talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development
Utilize data to improve organizational health and guide strategic decisions

Qualification

Required

10+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience, including 3+ years supporting C-level in tech or SaaS
BA/BS degree or equivalent required
Experience with global organizations, preferably in US and India
Strong collaboration skills with an emphasis on communication and relationship building
Proven leadership presence and ability to challenge and drive business outcomes
Demonstrable track record in coaching managers on people matters
Deep understanding of business drivers and how people strategies influence them
Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving ability
