Responsibilities

Support business transformation projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress on key initiatives
Assist in mapping and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, action items, and project milestones
Participate in meetings, take notes, and help coordinate follow-up actions
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned to support the transformation team’s objectives

Required

Technical understanding of business systems, process mapping, and improvement methodologies

Preferred

Some related experience preferred, especially in project management or business transformation
Familiarity with the automotive industry and its core processes is a strong asset
