Prepare project labor and expense plans

Develop forecasts using accounting and project management systems

Process project billings and support client billing activities

Conduct detailed reviews of financials for assigned projects to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum of two years of related professional experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Foundational understanding of accounting standards and principles

Ability to work effectively under established deadlines, particularly during financial close periods

Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy

General knowledge of financial, accounting, and administrative processes

Preferred

Familiarity with Deltek Vision accounting software

Experience with PMWeb project management software
