Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced automated test suites using object-oriented programming principles
Implement and execute comprehensive test strategies across all supported platforms to improve overall product quality and test coverage
Perform end-to-end automated testing for web applications
Write and execute backend integration tests and automated tests for RESTful APIs
Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and test cases using Java
Design and execute integration, regression, and stress tests using industry-standard testing tools
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
Define, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, test specifications, and test suites
Provide technical leadership by driving best engineering practices and contributing to large-scale, cross-functional testing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Genuine 5–7 years of professional experience after completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience should be post-graduation only (internships will not be considered)
Minimum 5 years of prior experience in India, preferably with reputed / top-tier organizations
Strong experience with Java and/or JavaScript programming
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing
Mandatory experience with TestNG and Cucumber (BDD framework)
Solid understanding of test methodologies, QA processes, and testing tools (JIRA, test management tools)
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience testing client-server architectures and distributed systems
Proficiency in black-box and grey-box testing approaches
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge or hands-on exposure to Playwright is a strong added advantage
