Paid Social Manager
Adly is a technology and performance-driven portfolio of SaaS companies seeking a Paid Social Manager to oversee their paid social accounts. The role involves developing and implementing paid media strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention while collaborating with various teams to improve performance and conversion rates.

Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to scale new customer acquisition profitably across the portfolio
Closely monitor paid social campaign performance, conversion rates, retention rates, LTV, and new customer growth through the funnel and across the portfolio
Work closely with designers, our influencers, and other platforms to acquire top tier content for paid social channels
Plan, develop, and oversee funnel / landing page tests with our design and product team to improve site conversion rates
Plan, develop, and oversee product improvements with our design and engineering team to improve customer retention / LTV
Present, quantify, and advise on performance, progress, action items, and insights to the leadership team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience and/or excellent skills with paid social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads)
Excellent in Google Analytics (or similar platform)
Proficiency with AEM, Conversions API, and other paid social tracking protocols
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, modeling)
Proficiency in marketing funnels and site A/B testing
Effective time management and self sufficiency in a professional setting
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
Embraces and fosters new ideas, opinions, and ideologies
