Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit
Daily maintenance of credit lines
Review & decision order requests
Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants
Managing rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental
Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication
Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios

Required

Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit

Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios
Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts
Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products
Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to physically type

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred but not required
2 years' prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred
