StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale, and they are seeking a Buyer Fraud Agent to help ensure a safe marketplace for users. This role involves identifying and reviewing risky accounts to prevent unauthorized purchases and requires strong analytical skills to assess fraud trends and protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying risky accounts based on a set criterion and help formulate changes when needed to ensure this criteria is always up to date

Analyze account information, activity and behavior, history, and trends to take appropriate action on both individual accounts as well as a broader selection of accounts which may match a certain known, identified fraud trend

Proactively communicate, target, and pursue identified fraud trends to mitigate the risk to our customers and to the business

Communicate logically, clearly, and effectively, both within the fraud team, as well as with other teams in the organization as needed to carry out your responsibilities ensure the integrity of our marketplace

Protect the integrity of our brand

Required

Fraud experience in financial fraud, compliance, banking, KYC, or other related field

You're a proactive team player who knows how to prioritize work and is willing to get things done

You have skills to recognize patterns and an eye for detail, but also an ability to see the big picture and how the details fit together

You're flexible to work in shifts that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays

A propensity for carrying out investigations and analysis to arrive at a conclusion

You are not afraid of reaching high targets and KPIs

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a time sensitive environment

Preferred

Some fraud, risk and/or online payment experience preferred, but not required

Second language knowledge is a plus
