Responsibilities
Provide high‑touch tech support for executives across devices, software, and collaboration tools
Resolve issues quickly, coordinating with IT teams and vendors when needed
Set up and support technology for meetings, travel, and events
Maintain and optimize laptops, mobile devices, AV, and conferencing systems
Coach executives and assistants on effective technology use
Advise IT on executive needs and emerging productivity tools
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT support, including VIP or executive support
Strong skills with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and device management
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to install and configure hardware and work in fast-paced environments
Preferred
C-suite support experience
relevant certifications
enterprise systems familiarity
basic scripting knowledge
