Responsibilities
Design and execute digital transformation strategies using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
Lead the end-to-end design of complex asset management processes, integrating Plant Maintenance (PM) with Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (MM), and Project Systems (PS)
Oversee the full project lifecycle—from business blueprinting and RICEFW functional design to go-live and support
Act as the primary liaison for C-suite executives to align SAP technical capabilities with business objectives
Lead and coach cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in SAP Activate Methodology
Qualification
Required
Experience: 12+ years of SAP consulting, with at least 3–4 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of functional locations, preventive maintenance, and mobile solutions like SAP Service and Asset Manager
Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing
